No. You can advertise for as low as 1 day.

How do I pay for my ads?

We accept secure online payments via card, bank transfer, or supported payment gateways.

Do I need to pay up front?

Yes — campaigns are billed in advance to ensure smooth scheduling and guaranteed playtime.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The price you see in your campaign summary is the total amount you’ll pay.

Can I choose which locations my ads appear in?

Yes — you can select specific venues (e.g., gyms, cafés, coworking spaces) or target by audience type.

When will my ad start showing?

As soon as you complete your booking, we will review your ad within 5 - 20 minutes. If your ad is approved, our system will automatically publish it on the screen immediately.

For mobile ad campaigns, ads will be reviewed and approved within 7-24 hours after submission.

How often will my ad be shown?

Ad frequency varies based on screen location and duration. You can see the estimated play time on each location page.

Can I run my ads in multiple locations?

Yes, you can. Just add each location to your cart and complete the booking at once.

Can I choose when I want my ad to start showing?

Yes, you can run your ads according to your desired schedule.

What kind of media content can I run?

We support static images, or 15-second videos, in our recommended screen dimensions.

What if I don't know how to design?

We understand that design is not for everyone, to help out we've created series of proven ad design template. If you prefer, we can also help you design the ads for a flat fee.

How do I know my ads are being shown?

After your ad has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS letting you know that your ad is live and running. You’ll also have access to a dashboard showing ad play count and live view.

Can I measure the impact of my ads?

We provide play reports, impressions, clicks, click-through rates, and conversions. You can combine these with website sales data for deeper insights.
